| My client is a global oil major who are currently exercising large growth plans. They have already grown exponentially over 2011 and have no plans of slowing down yet. Their London office is looking for a process analyst to support the business process and procedures definition, development and documentation. Process design and documentation encompass all commodities that the company deal in such as: crude oil, petroleum products, gas, power, CO2 and LNG. This role is operationally focused with a great need for attention to detail, people and organisation. This will be a project based role and you will support a wide range of initiatives such as exchange trading, gas processes, asset backed trading and new business development. You will also be attending process meetings, become the point of contact with the projects and initiatives currently ongoing and be fully immersed in all business process as required. This opportunity will require you to be university educated in a quantitve or business discipline; understanding of roles and responsibilities of Front, Middle and Back office functions with Energy Trading; experience of process design and documentation; knowledge of Word, Excel, Vision, Powerpoint, Project and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
