| Huxley Associates are working with a rapidly growing organisation who are looking to add to their business development team by appointing a business development manager for the UK & Europe. The senior position which will be based in Aberdeen, will report into the business development director affords the right candidate the chance to take part in shaping the future of one of the fastest growing organisations within the energy industry. Key Requirements: Strong technical background in IRM, pipeline, commissioning, water jetting markets
Commercial or business development experience within the oil and gas industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective reporting
Experience of taking a new product to market The day to day activities will involve stewardship of key clients, including meeting and entertaining existing clients and updating market intelligence on clients and competitors. The candidate will also deliver presentations to clients and actively participate in sales and marketing campaigns. The role will be client facing therefore the candidate will be able to gain the trust of existing clients as well as displaying a positive attitude to developing new business.
