| Our client is a leading banking organisation based inCanaryWharf. They are seeking a senior reward analyst for an important position in their corporate function. This role is permanent and paying up to GBP60,000 basic salary per annum. This role will be part of the Reward Governance Team, and will support the Global Compensation and Benefits Director in the development, implementation and on-going management of the remuneration and benefits strategy. You will get involved in: * Helping to ensure appropriate governance over the remuneration of executive directors * Preparing the RECMO papers and associated work * Supporting the managing of the REMCO timetable * Support on the remuneration report and associated disclosures * Supporting on significant remuneration and benefits projects for the group as and when required. Our client is looking for an individual who is performance driven and results oriented. You will need strong analytical skills, and be able to both prioritise well and perform under pressure.
