| Tandem Cobol Development Manager required for Tier 1 Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf. Role is to manage a team of 6-7 developers - this will involve code review, technical direction, project planning, people management, career development and so on. Candidates must have the following experience : Fairly recent hands on Tandem Cobol development experience
Some experience of Team Leading or mentoring of junior developers
Exceptional communication skills
Strong desire to be a hands off manager who is keen to focus on developing junior developers through the ranks!
