| We are currently recruiting on behalf of a FM Service Provider for a Facilities Administrator to work on site at a PFI Hospital. The successful candidate will manage incoming work orders from the Helpdesk and distribute them to the relevant individuals. You will liaise with all sub-contractors to ensure records and logs are kept up to date whilst assisting the Facilities Coordinator in the preparation of budgets, providing data and subsequently monitoring performance of the office budget. You will take a lead in carrying out regular customer satisfaction surveys, maintain the statutory accident book having a working understanding of Health and Safety legislation. You will have excellent written communications skills as you will be required to write and draft correspondence, reports and ad hoc documentation for the team. |
