| A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY HAS ARISEN WITHIN A GLOBAL LEADING PHARMACEUTICAL ORGANIZATION! A world leading Pharmaceutical company based in the South- East are urgently seeking a Quality Operations Manager and eligible Responsible person. A Qualified Person is not a necessity but would give advantage. The contract is for 12 months, commencing ASAP and will be full time. The role will involve leading and managing the provision of a Quality Assurance service to the UK business. This includes relevant links to external licensing authorities, internal quality standards and global quality systems. The role will involve:
- Updating systems and processes in line with Quality Systems
- Liaise with warehouse and distribution management to ensure the correct systems are in place to allow for product movement
- Provide a final check and GMP review of product artwork
- Act as UK QA approver of all third party technical and quality agreements
- Ensure wholesale dealers and licenses are up to date
- Be the business point of contact for communication of quality issues and be responsible for resolving these
- Keep SOP's up to date In addition candidates will advise the Head of Quality on allocated budgets and fundings. Candidates must possess the following skills:
- Be eligible as a Responsible Person or alternatively Qualified Person
- Possess a scientific or technical degree
- Preferably manufacturing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to effectively influence colleagues of all levels
