As Regional HR Manager you will work as part of the HR management team across a Region - taking the lead and ownership of all aspects of HR policy and procedures across the stores. You will be responsible for providing advice and support in employment relations, recruitment and development. Operating as an HR generalist you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented. Key KPI s will be in place to measure performance and it is vital that with the team you work towards these targets. Experience within a Regional HR role for a large/multi site retailer is essential, you will be able to identify areas of opportunity where HR can work effectively and drive efficiency. You will be a hands on and results driven HR professional with a real eye for people and focused on delivering key objectives through coaching and mentoring key stakeholders.
