This role covers the full spectrum of Senior IT Contract Recruitment from candidate generation through to client management. Based from our clients' Henley office you will identify, qualify and close recruitment deals of varying value across various technology disciplines. The ideal degree educated candidate will possess a minimum of 12 months sales experience gained in a B2B or B2C environment or previous recruitment experience. You will be new business focused and highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise at every level of the business community. You will also possess high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a solid career within a respected recruiter.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 20-24k with an uncapped OTE of 30k in the first year plus additional and generous incentives, perks and prospects.
