The Call Centre Manager is responsible for the effective management of the 24 hour Call Centre - a telephone based customer service operation with circa 10 personnel servicing the UK and N Ireland. The role has line management responsibility for this team of Call Centre advisers, who manage all incoming telephone calls and directly input delivery and collection orders into the Companies Oracle system.
