Business Development Manager - Corporate Recruitment Advertising Sales Job in London, UK

Having established an industry leading reputation throughout North America, our client has successfully added the UK market to their ever expanding portfolio, through changing the face of online recruitment advertising with their advanced technology platform. Due to ongoing growth within the UK, they are now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to increase sales across FTSE 1000 accounts.

As an experienced sales professional you will hold responsibility for developing new revenue streams through researching and prospecting FTSE 1000 accounts. With access to our clients full portfolio of advanced online recruitment solutions including their global database solutions, you will assess the hiring challenges and needs of prospective clients on a national level, develop appropriate and custom solutions and ultimately present solutions at corporate level. The ideal degree educated candidate will possess a minimum of 4-6 years senior sales experience gained selling corporate / enterprise solutions. It would be advantageous to have an appreciation of online recruitment or media solutions but not a necessity as product training will be made available. You will however have first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise at all levels within FTSE listed organisations. You will be free to travel, possess a positive attitude and the initiative and desire to succeed.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 30-40k with an uncapped OTE of 60-80k plus an executive benefits package.
