IT Recruitment Consultant - (Grad Trainee) Job in Weybridge (Surrey, South East, UK)

Due to continued growth within their business they have an exciting opening in Weybridge for a Graduate Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant.

As a perm or contract sector focused Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in support designed to enhance your career. This role covers the full spectrum of IT perm or contract recruitment from candidate generation through to client management. Based from our clients' Weybridge office you will identify, qualify and close recruitment deals of varying value across various technology disciplines. The ideal degree educated candidate will possess a minimum of 3-6 months sales experience gained in a B2B or B2C environment. You will be new business aware and highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise at every level of the business community. You will also possess high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a solid career within a respected recruiter. This role requires a clean driving licence.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of circa 18-20k with an uncapped OTE of 30k in the first year plus additional benefits, ongoing training and career development.
