Group Training Director - International Group Job in London, UK

Our client is one of the world's leading providers of medical assistance, international healthcare, security services and outsourced customer care. Due to the continued growth of their global sales force, they now have an immediate opening in London for a Group Training Director.

As the Group Training Director you will hold responsibility for delivering sales training throughout the UK, Europe and Africa. This hands-on role will cover everything sales related form new employee sales induction through to professional development of sales professionals at all levels. Working in both classroom and one-on-one situations, you will deliver and further develop our clients' sales training strategy to an ever-growing workforce in a large international territory. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree standard and possess a minimum of 5+ year's sales training experience gained within a global organisation. Prior to your training experience, you will have had many years as a successful sales professional. You will be consultative and professional in your approach, have high levels of motivation and first class communication and presentation skills. You will be a natural leader, positive thinker and able to travel freely.

The successful candidate can expect a generous 70-85k base salary with an uncapped 87-105k OTE plus additional and overly generous benefits.
