| I am looking to speak with HR Officers or Advisors with strong ER experience looking to take the next step in their career. Our client, a world-leading consultancy with an outstanding reputation, is seeking to recruit an ER Manager into their London office. You will ideally be a HR Generalist at Senior Advisor level with some strong ER experience looking to make a move into ER. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic firm with the opportunity to move into other specialist or more senior generalist roles. Your role will be to support on all ER issues as well as liaising with HR Managers and Partners to provide them with innovative advice. There will be some direct reports into this role. This is a client-facing role where main responsibilities will include: Ownership of a wide variety of ER cases Opportunity to get involved in firm-wide ER projects, working with senior stakeholders Regularly supporting managers by offering coaching and guidance with regards to performance improvement and development Support on issues relating to redundancy and restructuring Delivering training Development of junior ER team members The successful candidate will have strong ER exposure and strong knowledge of employment law. You could be a senior HR Officer or Advisor looking to step up to a management role and gain vital ER experience to then move internally throughout the business. |
