| Role Description Acting as a specialist Finance Change professional within a large project team supporting the end to end delivery of a key General Insurance initiative into the Finance function Key Accountabilities - Work with Finance Change Project team, business representatives and Finance SME's to deliver quality 'as is' and 'to be' process maps throughout the study and design phases of the project - Management of specific deliverables within an overall Finance Change project plan - Make necessary amendments to procedural documentation - Work with the Finance change lead to support the test planning activity - Develop detailed test scripts - Support test execution - Plan and delivery Finance system and process training - Liaise with the external stakeholders (e.g. Finance SMEs, SCM, IT etc) at all stages of the project (e.g. requirements gathering) - Delivery of actions throughout the project life cycle in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards |
