Instrumentation - Section Head Job in UK

SUMMARY:
Plan and follow up the execution of Instrumentation preventive maintenance and failure activities for Electrical Arc Furnace, Ladle Furnace, Material Handling System, Fume Extraction System , Continuous Casting Machine , Reheating Furnace , Rolling mill , Finishing Area and auxiliary systems to insure the highest availability and achieve the production plan with highest quality and lowest cost.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Prepare Electrical maintenance plans & follow up the execution.
2- Make failure analysis & put the suitable countermeasures.
3- Prepare technical reports & submit to section manager.
4- Follow up providing the needed Electrical spare parts.
5- Upgrade Electrical equipments to achieve better performance
6- Manage internal affairs for Instrumentation section.
7- Coordinate between Steel Plant, RM Operation, Electrical , Mechanical sections & other sections.
8- Experience with Radio-active mould level system , Reheating furnace control circuits, rolling mill HMD, Pyrometers
9- Experience with Hardware of Siemens Simatic S7-PLC and software.
10- Experience with Field sensor like flow , temperature, pressure and etc… from brand name supplier.

B. Qualification: Bachelor of Electrical Communication Engineering
C. Experience: 10 years minimum
