Sales Manager - Vacation Property Sales Job in Bath (Avon, South West, UK)

Through their relationships with the very best developers, they offer a unique proposition that will experience rapid growth. They now require a Sales Manager to be based at their Bath location.

As Sales Manager you will be charged with recruiting, building and managing a team of sales executives who will sell throughout the UK. You will develop and implement strategy, research and attend industry exhibitions and events, personally close develop and close sales and ultimately deliver against achievable targets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ year's sales management experience, preferably gained in a property, leisure or investment sectors. You will have first class communication, presentation and leadership skills along with a structured approach, solid time management and the ability to work across all areas of the business. You may be of graduate calibre, have high levels of self motivation and ultimately are seeking a solid management career within an innovative organisation.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 35-50k with an OTE of 70-80k plus additional benefits.
