As a result of continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Reward Specialist to join the UK Head office in Berkshire. The successful candidate will join a busy HR team and whilst working autonomously, they will be responsible for creating and implementing an effective Reward strategy for the UK business. Further responsibilities will include dealing with pay/bonus reviews, making necessary changes to bonus and incentive schemes as well as managing the company's Pension scheme.
