| My client is a London based energy supplier experiencing consistent growth and success, so are looking to expand and strengthen their Risk team. You will join a dedicated team of Energy Risk professionals at one of the leading Energy Majors in the UK. As part of the Market/Operational Risk team you be responsible for identifying and analysing the risk associated with the interactions between the power, gas, and renewables business areas, as well as developing models for risk analysis and trading performance management. You will produce P/L reports on a daily basis, and independently validate price curves. The following skills are mandatory:
- Prior Energy Risk analysis experience
- Good Knowledge of UK Energy Markets
- University degree in a numerate degree subject
- Intermediate Excel VBA skill
