| Senior HR BP Banking - London GBP100,000 My client a leading financial service organisation is looking to recruit a Senior HR BP on a permanent contract with the intention of the successful candidate starting in early 2012. The role has a base salary of circa GBP100,000 depending on experience. This role will be responsible for delivering the HR strategy and processes that will support the business unit in the UK & EMEA region. The role will work with a large and challenging client group Key responsibilities: Partnership with the Senior Regional Managers deliver HR strategy and processesi9n line with business strategy. To be a member of the UK HR Operating Committee Act as key advisor to Management on all HR related matters Provide managers support with strategy and initiatives for: Talent and Development, resourcing, performance management, employee relations and succession planning which meet changing business requirements. Desired Skills & Experience Knowledge/ experience: Proven/Relevant HR experience in key responsibility areas Experience of working at senior levels in an organisation together with the capability to communicate effectively at that level Good understanding of UK employment law Strong experience of talent development work Experience of working in matrix structures and cross cultural environments Proven track record of turning concept and theory into pragmatic, deliverable solutions Proven technical expertise and experience within employee relations, organisation development, compensation and benefits and process reengineering Financial services experience is not a prerequisite however it would be advantageous and it is essential that candidates have experience in a large, complex and matrix environment. |
