Senior Online Media Sales Executive - Leading Ecommerce Company Job in London, UK

Our client is a NASDAQ listed and globally recognised market leader in the ever-expanding world of online retailing. This leading e-commerce giant employs over 20,000 people worldwide and has a presence on every continent. Due to impressive and ongoing growth in the UK, they now have an immediate opening for a Senior Sales Professional to sell online advertising solutions to large organisations throughout the UK.

As a London based Senior Online Media Sales Executive you will help our client build and grow their new and innovative advertising sales channel. More specifically, you will build and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets are met, present and sell all display advertising products including brand placements, targeting and direct response advertising. You will grow and deepen agency relationships and your understanding of the clients and industries they service and collaborate with Account Managers to provide the highest level of customer service to all customers, regardless of level.

Applications are invited from degree educated (MBA preferred) candidates who possess a minimum of 3-5 years senior sales experience, gained selling online advertising, where familiarity and knowledge of the media agencies industry was a prerequisite. You will have a demonstrated ability to close sales and generate revenues, a strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management, strong analytical abilities and the ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and feel comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating in person and via the phone on both transactional and high value/exposure deals.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary including a high basic circa 50-60k dependent upon previous experience, with an uncapped six figure OTE and an excellent benefits package.
