IT Recruitment Consultant - (Experienced IT Recruiter) Job in Reading (Berkshire, South East, UK)

Due to continued growth within their business they have an exciting opening in Reading for IT Recruitment Consultant with previous IT recruitment experience.

As a Contract sector focused IT Recruitment Consultant you will inherit a warm desk and be fast tracked through into a team leader position. This role covers the full spectrum of IT Contract Recruitment from client generation through to candidate management. Based from our clients Reading office you will identify, qualify and close contract recruitment deals of varying value across various technology disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience gained in the technology sector. You will be new business focused and highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise at every level of business. The successful candidate can expect a base salary of circa 21-25k with an uncapped OTE of 55-65k in the first year plus additional benefits, ongoing training and career development. This role comes with industry leading commission and as a warm desk you can expect to earn immediately.
