Display Sales Executive (Media Sales) - Leading Publication Job in London, UK

Our client, an award winning publishing company has grown to become a leader in business to business, consumer and contract publishing markets. Through their commitment to leading publications and embracing technology via multimedia products and online communities, they continue to experience growth. They now have an exciting opening for a Display Sales Executive to work on a leading technology related publication.

As a Display Sales Executive you will work closely with colleagues to promote our clients leading publication and associated portal. With 6 issues per year and a strong account base of advertisers you can expect to spend approximately 60% of time delivering account management duties and up-selling/cross-selling to existing users. More specifically, you will effectively sell display advertising to deliver revenue, yield and market share against achievable targets through managing and growing a client group and maximising spend across a range of print and online solutions. Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 12-18 months media sales experience Gained selling classified, display or online advertising solutions. You will possess excellent communication skills along with a structured approach, solid time management and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will be degree level educated, will have high levels of self motivation and ultimately be seeking a solid career within media sales for an industry leader that offers excellent training and career prospects.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary circa 22-25k dependent upon previous media sales experience with an uncapped OTE of 30-32k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
