| ANALYST PROGRAMMER (WEBSPHERE MESSAGE BROKER) REQUIRED. A Financial Company based in Glasgow is to acquire the skills of an analyst programmer to join the company. This is quite a junior role so in depth experience in development is not essential, however, knowledge with CICS programming, Websphere MQ and online experience will be beneficial. As a member of our dedicated team, you will be working alongside the Senior Analyst Programmer; you will be working in a fast paced and professional environment and shall be given the opportunity to progress within the team and the company. You will be taking on new skills i.e. Websphere Message Broker so you must demonstrate that you have learnt a new skill quickly and effectively.
To meet the demands of this challenging role, you need to have: Knowledge of the SDLC (CICS programming)
Knowledge/ experience with Websphere MQ
Online/ Web experience
Ability to take on knowledge and skills and have clear demonstration of this
Some work experience is necessary Message broker and datapower skills sets are desirable for this role.
