| An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK s cornerstone financial institutions as it continues to expand and thrive. An ambitious and experienced Senior Internal Auditor is required to hit the ground running in a dynamic team which is responsible for business audits across Mortgages and Savings, Commercial Loans and Current Accounts. This permanent position will provide a platform to gain exposure to a broad range of products in an organisation which is committed to recognising talent and offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders in the business. The role will involve delivering internal audit reviews which provide independent assurance to the Board (via the Audit Committee) that the control framework is effective in mitigating key risks which may impact the Group.
The role holder will plan individual internal audit reviews which will identify key risks and relevant controls which mitigate these across a range of business functions. To be considered for this role you will need: - Recent Internal Audit experience within UK Financial services
- A good understanding of practice internal audit methodologies
- A strong set of interpersonal skills
- The right to work in the UK
- One or more relevant qualifications
- To live a commutable distance to Bradford or be sincerely committed to relocating if successful in applying to this role.
