Preferably the role holder will come from retail, retail banking, credit cards, utilities or telecoms background. Role Requirements: Experience of managing, leading and developing teams.
Business analysis skills process mapping, business process improvement, impact assessment.
Recent experience of working in a large organisation with high volumes of customers.
Experience of governance and regulatory issues.
Understanding/qualifications in analysis techniques.
Strong relationship building skills, the ability to manage senior stakeholders and influencing skills.
