Credit Risk Business Analyst - Energy - Perm - LDN-50-70k Job in London City and West End, London, UK

The credit risk business analyst will be working with a leading vendor in the Energy space. They are looking for a strong business analyst with a background in credit risk. Knowledge of energy products would be a distinct advantage. The business analyst will also understand SDLC and SQL.

Responsibilities;
-Conducting workshops to understand client´s counterparty credit risk policy, margining agreements, exposure calculations and collateral management process
-Reporting requirements covering the counterparty, industry, ratings, product type etc dimensions
-Provide necessary advisory to improve client´s credit risk management process
-Functional design for the pre-deal limit checking functionality
-Co-ordinate with the implementation consultants to configure the energy credit software as per the risk policy
-Conduct product training sessions

Pre-sales activities:

-Participate in the product roadmap to make energy credit software compliant with industry trends such as intraday margin calls as part of Dodd-Frank act
-RFP responses and creation of scenarios for the product demo
-Co-ordinating between the development and pre-sales teams
