My client a leading Insurance organisation in London are looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst to work on a busy service desk based in their City office. The service desk team acts as the single point of contact interacting between the business and IT operations team. You will be supporting roughly 250 users.They are looking for candidates to: -Deliver 1st and 2nd Line Support -Proactive resolution of all incidents and be proactive in approach. -Resolve any hardware or software problems. -Support internal customers with IT training -Ensure agreed SLA's are met I am looking with candidates with: -2+ years experience in a 1st / 2nd line IT Support Role. -Understanding of IT Operational support frameworks -Strong customer focus mentality -Good telephone manner -Experience of Call Logging Software -Strong knowledge of Microsoft based desktop operating systems XP or Windows 7 -Experience of Microsoft Active Directory -Self Motivating and a 'can do' attitude.
