| Field Sales Executive - Barking - GBP24K basic, GBP30-32OTE Main Purpose of the Job : To achieve revenue growth through the development of long-term customer relationships enabling high levels of retention and acquisition of new business. Main responsibilities : - Consistently grow the revenue and achieve the territory targets - Ensure all existing customers are visited in accordance with the Customer Care Policy - Maximise all revenue opportunities from existing customers by ensure they are aware of the full TNT range of services. - Achieve sales productivity, new business revenue targets and all other activities as specified within the Sales Policy and Guide - Record all activity via the Universe Biz Management System as per the Customer Care Policy where applicable - Generate new prospect leads for the Database using external sources (ie. other than the Universe Database) - Ensure that all new starters are visited as per the Customer Care Policy - Conduct relevant debrief meetings with the appropriate indoor partner - Prepare and implement territory sales plans designed to maximise growth within the sales territory - Ensure customer quotations are prepared in accordance with the format detailed in the divisional policy - Provide a high level of internal and external customer care - All sales duties to be carried out in accordance with divisional sales policy and guide - Carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Line Manager to ensure the effective performance of the sales function General responsibilities: - To partake in any developmental training as required in compliance with the Company's commitment to the Investor in People Standard. - Responsible for promoting a professional image of the company and for complying with the Company's Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policies at all times, including work related events which take place outside normal working hours. - Comply with all relevant Health, Safety and Security Regulations. - Read and comply with Company rules, procedures, agreements and any notices displayed by the Company throughout your location. - Seek continuous improvement through ongoing quality initiatives in line with the EFQM Business Excellence Model. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of all Divisional Services, Rates and relevant Administration and Operational processes. - Understand the Divisional Sales Policy and Guide. - Operate a clear desk policy as per Company Guidelines. - Adhere to Company Telephone Policy. - Health and Safety Responsibilities: - Responsible for maintaining and complying with company Health and Safety standards |
