We are seeking a solutions and pre-sales consultant to join our expanding team of experts. You will work closely with our blue chip clients and prospects as part of our sales team, in pre-sales activities for new business. You will also aide in delivery and other tasks necessary for growth when required. This intellectually stimulating and varied role will suit someone with analytical flair who wants to work on prestige programmes for varied Engineering and Supply Chain customers throughout our chosen market. Key Roles and Responsibilities: -------------------------------------------- Serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle for our software product and its applications Design and deliver tailored product solution demonstrations alongside the sales team Plan and ensure success of customer pilots and proofs of concepts Conduct technical discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers to contribute to detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales strategies, technical approaches, and migration plans. Assist in the creation of technical documentation and statements of work. Prepare and provide client facing technical follow-up calls and documentation Develop education program Ensure prospect/client satisfaction with all deliverables Assist in deployment and support Desired Skills & Experience -------------------------------------- Excellent Engineering/Numerate Degree, and early career in a Blue Chip Engineering/Manufacturing environment will be an advantage Strong analytical, data and IT skills, with a desire to build on these Familiarity with product development, and their production systems (especially the supply chain) for highly engineered systems such as aircraft Ability to sell technical solutions in terms of capability, value proposition and ROI Self starter, good project manager, well organised, entrepreneurial, interested in Engineering, good at solving technical problems with IT, but driven by business development and sales results. Able and motivated to travel extensively in UK, Europe and North America when required.
