| This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join a forward-thinking international law firm, reporting into the International HR Director and supporting the business to achieve its potential at all levels. This will be a very signigicant hire for the firm; they are looking for a driven and experienced indidivual to join their team. Main focus of the role: Driving performance management, working with Business Heads and Managers to identify key development needs and putting these into action Providing expert advice on performance management issues at all levels (up to partner level) Monthly/quarterly reports on the activities and performance of HR to the HR Director Contribute to and lead on the development and implementation of a business-focussed HR Plan Sucession Planning Review and improve efficiency of HR budget Recruitment, retention and exits at partner level. Work with L&D and centres of excellence to formulate strategies to retain key talent. Support recruitment teams and Business Heads at on hires of all levels. Take responsibility for the delivery of an efficient and improved HR Service to Groups globally Key Requirements: Experience of working with key stakeholders in a partnership/other professional services environment Degree educated, commercial and business orientated. You will love 'getting your hands dirty' and working in a demanding intellectual environment Significant understanding of implementing and managing a HR service covering all levels of staff Significant experience of guiding a team to reach their potential and meet the requirements of the business. |
