As Vendor Manager you will create and develop a high performing Vendor Management Team responsible for the day to day relationships of key third party vendors, such as FD, FIS, Experian, VISA and key IT and Infrastructure supplier partners. This will include ensuring costs are minimised, savings maximised and sources are secure as well as able to deliver the service and quality needed. This high profile role will see you working tactically as you source services, negotiate rates and monitor suppliers as well as strategically as you initiate best practice procedures, deliver compliance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop relationships to add value to our business activities.

With solid experience of leading a team in a senior purchasing role you will be skilled at building relationships and taking effective decisions. Commercially astute you have well developed communication and analytical skills coupled with the ability to add value. Experience of credit card and loan processing platforms as well as the Experian Decision Analytics systems would be an advantage.
