Talent Manager HR / L&D London GBP50,000 Job in London City and West End, London, UK

Our client is a rapidly developing marketing company and continuing to expand. As part of this growth and their plans to further develop their HR function will be appointing a Talent Management & Training Manager to be based in London with a base salary of circa GBP50,000.

The jobholder will focus on bringing a new level of cohesion, structure and process to this function. With a focus on laying the necessary foundation within Talent Management and Training to allow the business to both improve its customer's service experience and be in a position to successfully expand the business.

For this role it requires that you have a visionary approach to Talent Management and Training & Development and significant experience in a client focused environment.

The jobholder will have experience in managing a team and feel comfortable in engaging with senior management.

Employee engagement experience
Specialist experience in Talent & Development
Specialist experience in Talent Management
Recruitment experience
HR Project experience ideally with some Employee relations knowledge
