| London HR BP with L&D Focus - circa GBP45000 My client is a leading Media organisation who is looking for a HR specialist to join this team and manage a defined client group whilst specialising in Learning and Development. The successful candidate, therefore, will have experience in a HR as well as be able to take the lead in Learning and Development activity for the organisation. Based in Central London with a base salary of circa GBP45,000 dependent on experience. Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a Learning and Development and an HR generalist role in a commercial environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to establish credibility in a strategic Learning and Development environment
- Ability to ask difficult questions and make challenging decisions
- Understanding of Learning and Development principles
