| HR Learning and Development Manager -GBP50000 London This presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR/ L&D Consultant to join a leading media organisation, currently bucking the market trend in terms of stability and growth. The role will be well-suited to candidates with high levels of creativity and innovation. The successful individual will have experience of the wider HR agenda combined with a passion for L&D this is the chance for someone to drive HR/L&D internally and have strategic impact in creating a successful function. A permanent position, based in Central London with a base salary of circa GBP50,000 dependent on experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating the implementation and promotion of all learning and development activity across UK&I region. You will be instrumental in designing imaginative learning solutions to produce successful and high performing outputs. You will also be tasked with driving the expansion of learning opportunities throughout the region, to include tailored courses that will embody the firm's values and behaviours. There will also be an element of utilising such courses to improve employee engagement. This role is a really unusual mix of HR and learning and development in a rapidly developing organisation that should not be missed if you have solid HR experience and will have a track record in driving learning programmes forward successfully. |
