| HR Business Partner 70K-75K - Investment Bank London We are currently recruiting an HR Business Partner role for a large Global Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf with a base salary of circa GBP75,000. The role requires you to deliver HR procedures, processes and advice to support the company s EMEA Markets business strategy.
You will provide Managers on company policy and employment law. You will also counsel Managers on ER issues, as well as providing advice and guidance to employees on company policy. There will also be liaison with HR specialist teams such as L&D and reviewing comp and bens.
It is essential that you have:
Experience in Financial/Professional experience
Experience of supporting a diverse client group
CIPD or part CIPD qualified
