Group Head of Talent - Londoncirca GBP70,000 Job in City of London (London City and West End, London, UK)

My Client a growing professional services organisation are looking to recruit a Global Head of Talent Development to join their team. Based in Central Londonwith a base salary of circa GBP70,000 + bonus, benefits and Car.

Reporting straight into the HRD the role will involve all aspects of Talent Development and managing a team with a global remit.

The role will also include having a strong influence throughout a HR Transformation project. This Global Head of Talent Development will work closely with L&D and will be responsible For defining and embedding a talent strategy, developing succession planning and Identifying talent pools. The successful candidate will need to be an extremely passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who will fit into a like minded team with proven results that can be quantified with measurable business impact.

Ideally the candidate will have a strong background in Talent Development from a large corporate background/consultancy and will have international experience leading the talent agenda in a complex organisation.
