A superb opportunity has arisen to work for a global power transmission company. The company currently operates in a number of sectors including automotive, Oil and Gas,Mining, marine and rail. They are expecting substantial growth this year and having developed leading products they are now looking to considerably develop their Aftermarket division. The role is for Global Aftermarket Manager.. The successful candidate will have considerable experience at Senior Management level, designing and implementing strategic plans. They will be an influential and persuasive communicator with experience of operating at a senior level and experienced Senior Manager working within a multi-national organisation. The role will involve researching the global market and based on product, sector and competitor analysis highlighting growth regions for Aftermarket development. The role will report to the Aftermarket Director.

Successful candidates will have experience working with power transmission, gearboxes or engines for transportation and industrial sectors and have a strong strategic element. You will be degree qualified or equivalent and have a strong track record in developing new business.
