| Our client, a leading national retailer, seeks a regional HR Manager to join their team supporting London and the surrounding areas. The role will be field based with a base salary of circa GBP40,000 with excellent benefits and a supportive HR network. You will be responsible for between 10 - 30 stores and your responsibilities will include: - Improving Store manager capabilities - Leading on disciplinary and grievance cases - Support and develop succession planning for your area - Provide and support induction and ongoing training to store teams Due to the specific requirements of our client you will need to be: - A strong HR Manager who has experience supporting a regional remit - Have extensive employment law and legislation knowledge - Have strong communication and influencing ability - Excellent time management If you can meet our client s specific needs and are keen to support a growing and proactive business then send your CV for immediate consideration and further details.
