| A leading and well-known high street retailer is currently searching for a strong HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be based in and around London at a starting salary of up to GBP45,000. The role holder will be responsible for supporting up to 30 stores and you will provide expert advise on employee relations matters. You will also be responsible for support to develop manager and store teams capability, including inductions and ongoing training. You will also be responsible for supporting store managers in succession planning and ensuring each store is meeting and exceeding its objectives. Due to the extremely client facing nature of this role, the role holder will need to have exceptional communication and influencing abilities, a strong knowledge of employment legislations and credibility. You will ideally be degree/CIPD qualified with relevant regional HR Manager experience.
