| A leading creative/professional services firm, based in London, City, seeks a HR Manager to join their proactive team on a permanent basis. The role will be paying a base salary of circa GBP40,000 with excellent benefits and great exposure to an extremely generalist role. The role holder will manage a HR Officer and will responsible for managing the strategic and operational HR duties. The main responsibilities will include advise on personnel strategies, including policies and practices. You will also be required to provide advice on all employment matters, including absence and performance management and managing the employee relations cases from start to finish. The role holder will also be responsible for planning and implementing staff development programmes, to offer an open-door policy to provide advice to partners, directors and line managers. In addition you will also advise around reward structures including bonus scheme. This is a fully generalist role and therefore our client is looking for an individual with proven HR generalist experience operating at manager level. You will also have excellent communication skills, include a flexible approach and the ability to speak with employees at all levels. You will ideally be CIPD/degree qualified and be available to start immediately.
