| Our client, a leading high street retailer, is seeking a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis at the head office store based in central London. The role has a starting salary of circa GBP50,000 with excellent benefits and a well-established HR team. As HR Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the HR department. This will include managing disciplinary and grievance case work, supporting the training needs of the client group, developing succession plans inline with business objectives, managing a HR Advisor who will support you with head office recruitment and the end to end employee lifecycle. You will need to have excellent employment law knowledge and have proven experience managing disciplinary and grievance cases. You will be extremely client facing and will therefore need to have the ability to build rapport and credibility with your client group.
