| A leading high end fashion retailer, based in the heart of London s west end, is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is paying circa GBP30,000 with excellent benefits and the chance to work for a highly reputable firm. The role responsibilities will include:
- Supporting a HR manager will the end to end employee lifecycle.
- Advising on employee relations related queries.
- Taking ownership of employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance and supporting the HR manager on high level case work.
- You will have responsibility for recruitment
- You will also manage an HR Administrator. The role holder will therefore be:
- Have proven experience advising on employee relations/HR queries
- Have supported the full employee lifecycle
- Have experience recruiting at all levels. Ideally you must have a relevant degree/CIPD qualification and have excellent communication/rapport building skills.
