| We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property management consultancy for a 2-5 year PQE Valuation Surveyor. The successful applicant will be responsible for two commercial valuation portfolios whilst also being a point of contact for ad-hoc valuation instructions. Working within a dynamic and well organised team you will have a proven track record in the valuation of core commercial property assets. You will be an analytical, professional individual who will have spent their career with a developer, client-side or managing agent. You will be able to work under pressure to specific deadlines, be extremely client facing and be able to communicate with the senior management team and high net worth individuals and institutions. |
