| Our client, a leading global insurance firm with an outstanding reputation, is seeking to recruit an HR Manager or an experienced Business Partner into their London office. Your role will be to provide Business Partner support to allocated business or functional groups and main responsibilities will include: Manage/participate in local/global projects in line with the HR Director
Advising managers and employees on all aspects of people management
Advising and guiding on all ER issues
Support on performance management, identify training needs and solutions, talent management on a global level
Advise on salary issues, annual compensation review
Support managers on recruitment, acting as an ambassador for the company The successful candidate will be a highly adaptable and communicative individual, with strong management skills. Previous experience working within a Financial Services environment, particularly within insurance would be ideal. You would have strong knowledge of employment law, high accuracy, a flexible approach, a positive team attitude and a personal drive to succeed. Having a foreign language would also be very attractive. |
