DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The prime function of this position is to develop actionable strategies and solutions aligned with Talent Management goals to achieve specific operational and financial outcomes. Support the development, implementation and monitoring of Talent Planning programs. Support the talent pipeline. Align Talent Management objectives with corporate goals and provide positive operational outcomes. Provide holistic definition of talent within the organisation. Identify Talent Management processes that can be enhanced through the use of technology based solutions. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The successful Talent Management Analyst should have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Organisational Development. Experience in three (3) or more of the following disciplines: Recruiting Competencies Talent Assessments Succession Management Performance Management Development Planning Compensation Learning Management Workforce Analytics Talent Management Governance Talent Mapping You must have a minimum of eight (8) years experience in Human Resources of Organisational Development.
