Implementation Specialist GBP35k-45k Manchester Job in North West, UK

They are looking for hands-on product specialists who are able to test, train, hand-hold, support and implement systems as directed by the project manager (according to the project plan). Working within a project team, Implementation Specialists gain and develop a crucial "operational understanding" of the impact of new IT systems on staff and working processes and are often the first point of contact for new users during the implementation /deployment phase of a project.

Main Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Capturing key system requirements by producing workflow and URS documentation.
Liaison with development team and product specialists to facilitate efficient production of deliverables and provide input into product planning
Setup & testing of software products, interfaces and supporting applications
To ensure that decisions made by sites during the configuration stage of the implementation are informed, accurate and managed.
Operational acceptance testing (as required)
Local customisation of the software (within project scope)
Customer training and go-live support
Helpdesk advice and support during the post go-live support process.
Undertake site visits to address post implementation and maintenance issues (as required)
Liaison with the Sales staff to maximise any account development opportunities

for new users during the implementation /deployment phase of a project.
