Senior Infrastructure Service Manager - VP - 80-95K+ Benefits Job in London City and West End, London, UK

The roles involves portfolio management, the design, planning, forecasting and delivery of infrastructure processes/projects and development. Also involved will be Capacity Management (eg server and storage allocation) and increasing infrastructure estate efficiency, aligned with industry best practices.

The role is multi dimensional, where the manager will act as an interface between the Business and Technology. Therefore, a strong technical background including knowledge/experience in: Storage/ Servers/ UNIX/ Windows/ Networking/ Databases is all desirable, meanwhile, equally as important is a strong client focused approach. Client management, excellent communication skills and the ability to take ownership over the infrastructure estate will be crucial. A strong background in investment banking infrastructure will be important, as will ITIL knowledge. communication skills are key as the role involves dealing with director's and other key stakeholders in the business.
