DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Your prime function will be to provide a job analysis by gathering, evaluating and synthesizing information regarding jobs and other units of work within the organisation. Ensure that updated job description formats are available for use by departments. Supervise the analysis of job description, revision of existing job descriptions and advises on matters such as required education and experience and career progression of staff. To work with departments on a variety of manpower projects including program design, analysis, budgeting and implementation of new programs. Develop and document manpower procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with organisation objectives. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The successful Jobs Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resource or Business Administration. Valid certification in CCP, GRP, CPHRC or SHRIM - preferred however not essential. You must have a minimum of four (4) years experience in a Human Resource Department - healthcare would be beneficial. PACKAGE: Salary awarded based on qualifications and experience.
