| An excellent opportunity for an Employee Relations Administrator to work with a superb hospital located in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia. My client are the largest healthcare organisation in the Kingdom. Your prime function will be to provide a comprehensive expert advice on all aspects of Employee Relations challenges. Develop and execute employee relations strategies and initiatives aligned with the needs of the organisation. Deliver ad-hoc projects to drive efficient service delivery and develop existing programs to promote employee morale. Design and develop training programs on employee relations related issues. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: The successful Employee Relations Administrator will have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or Management. You must have a minimum of four (4) years experience in a related field. Experience in a hospital setting would be beneficial. PACKAGE: Salary awarded based on qualifications and experience.
