| Excellent opportunity for a Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room - Heart Surgery to work with a superb hospital located in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia. My client are the leading healthcare organisation in the Kingdom. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Assistant Nurse Manager you will have the primary duty of supporting the primary nurse manager. This means that you will assist with directing the clinical operations; help with scheduling and staffing; give performance evaluations, feedback and coaching; and establish and enforce policies and procedures for the clinic or hospital. Additionally you will prepare administrative records and budget information. You will also serve as a representative of the hospital in meetings, seminars, or other functions. EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The successful Assistant Nurse Manager will have a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. You must be a registered nurse with valid license. You must have a minimum of three (3) years as a registered nurse, preferable if within an Operating Room - Heart Surgery and a minimum of three (3) years within management/supervisory level. PACKAGE:
